Stall and steal Math results

What do you do when your math results get stolen? At least write about it. Though I am not mentioning the names of editors and journals here. For hundreds of years there were no new Franklin squares. I created new ones in my PhD thesis. Then later I showed how you could create a square of every order. But it was not published. The reviewers always gave flimsy excuses like the ones below to reject it. After a few years similar results were published. Without even a mention of my work. Collatz conjecture is false. I am trying to publish it. It is Deja vu again. Same attitude. Silly excuses to reject historical work. Corruption has to stop. Due credit must be given. Stop the steal.
Note: No chance to explain Dear Maya: I'm sorry, but the Editors prefer not to consider a paper once a decision has been made. Perhaps you will have better luck with another journal.
Note: Not qualified to check my results: Dear Dr Ahmed, I am writing about your paper "Two different scenarios when the Collatz Conjecture fails", which you submitted to the The ..... Journal. I have reviewed your paper and discussed it with members of the editorial board. The ..... Journal tries to publish exposition of mathematics rather than research. If the proof in your article is correct, then it is a research article and belongs in a research journal. If it is not correct, then of course it shouldn't be published. In either case your paper is not appropriate for The ..... Journal, and we are therefore unable to accept it for publication. The decision to reject a paper is always difficult. The ...... Journal receives a large number of submissions each year, and we are able to publish only a small fraction of them. Page limitations force us to turn away many fine papers. Thanks for thinking of the The ....... We wish you luck in finding an appropriate journal for the publication of your work. Yours sincerely.
Note: No reasons for rejecting: Dear Professor Ahmed, Thank you for allowing us to consider your manuscript Two different scenarios when the Collatz Conjecture fails for publication in ..... The Editors have looked carefully at the paper and regret that, in view of the considerable number of very good papers that are currently being considered, they cannot accept it. Furthermore the Editors are not prepared to consider any revised versions of this paper. They are therefore rejecting your paper immediately to give you an opportunity to submit it promptly elsewhere.

After the many lock downs

2020 has been a terrible year on so many fronts so far. India saw protests and shut downs. The worst has been the effects of Covid 19. India nearing the end of the third lock down and we see desperate migrant laborers hurrying back home. Changes in India over the past couple of decades had lifted many people off the poverty list and made them self reliant. These lock downs have forced many to rely on hand outs again. Perhaps when everyone finally gets back to home grounds and safety, we will see a clearer picture of how to get out of this dilemma. The villages will show the way.
